The printing method used is called flex print.  It's extremely durable and safe to use with children.  The printed area itself has a shiny surface that is smooth to touch.  

You'll get most enjoyment out of our personalised clothing if you wash it at no more than 30°C, don't tumble dry and, if you iron it, you do so on the non-printed side!
